These terms apply between Westerqwarn and the person who, either themselves or through another person, books or pays for a pitch at Westerqwarn.
The person making the booking/payment is referred to as the "Customer" in these terms. The supplier is referred to as "Westerqwarn", "We", "Westerqwarn ställplats" or Westerqwarn Pub & Restaurang AB. The booking/payment covers the rental of a pitch at Westerqwarn. Customers/guests at Westerqwarn's motorhome site are required to follow Westerqwarn's "Rules of Conduct". Customers/guests who do not comply with these rules may be required to leave the premises by Westerqwarn's staff.
To book and pay for a pitch via the website "betala.westerqwarn.se", the customer must be at least 18 years old. Payment of the fee requires a bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or (BankID and Swish).
It is not permitted to use the pitch with a caravan or tent.
The price includes the rental of the pitch, the booking fee and the connection (including consumption) of electricity (10 or 6 amperes).
All pitches are booked from 14:00 to 14:00.
Upon receiving the booking confirmation, it must be checked to ensure that all details are correct. It is the responsibility of the customer/booker to make sure that the information on the booking confirmation is correct. The booking confirmation is sent by email and as a text message (SMS). In the event of an error, Westerqwarn must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the confirmation, and no later than 24 hours before arrival.
Payment is made immediately, at the time of booking.
Cancellations can only be made online via betala.westerqwarn.se. The reservation fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking starts are non-refundable.
Westerqwarn Pub & Restaurang AB is not responsible for forgotten or left-behind items.
Westerqwarn is not liable for damage caused by third parties.
Other obligations and rules of conduct
The customer/guests must take care of the pitch and facilities, and follow the rules, instructions and regulations that apply.
Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, the customer/guests must show the utmost consideration and remain quiet out of respect for other guests.
Only approved grills may be used. Be mindful of fire risk and check your fire-extinguishing equipment.
Each electrical outlet provides 10 or 6 amperes. Exceeding the limit risks tripping all or parts of our electrical system. In the event of clear misuse, we reserve the right to invoice the cost of any repairs. One outlet per vehicle.
Pets must be kept on a leash.
Environmentally hazardous waste must be placed in the recycling station. General waste must be placed in the designated bins. Other waste must not be flushed or discarded on the premises.
Payment of the fee is made online or at Westerqwarn during opening hours.
Drinking water must not be used for washing vehicles.
We are not responsible for damage or losses caused by third parties.

This is an agreement entered into between the customer (booker) and Westerqwarn Pub & Restaurang AB. The agreement is terminated with immediate effect if:
If a breach of contract occurs, the customer/guests in the party must leave the premises immediately. In the event of damage or disruptive behaviour, the customer may be held liable for damages.
In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics and other events considered force majeure, Westerqwarn may terminate the agreement, in which case the customer and their guests must be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, Westerqwarn is obliged to refund the amount paid, with the exception of any benefit that has been derived from use of the pitch.
