These conditions apply between Westerqwarn Pub & Restaurang AB and the person who himself or through another person books and pays for parking at Westerqwarn's parking space.
The customer/payer is stated as "Customer" in the terms. The supplier is stated as "Westerqwarn", "We", "Westerqwarn Ställplats" or "Westerqwarn Pub & Restaurang AB". The booking/payment applies to the rental of a motorhome spot at Westerqwarns motorhome spot. Customers/guests at Westerqwarn's parking space are obliged to follow Westerqwarn's Rules of Procedure, this document is available in its entirety at www.westerqwarn.se/stallplats
Westerqwarn Pub & Restaurant staff have the right to expel guests/costumers who do not follow the regulations from the area
To book & pay for parking on the website "betala.westerqwarn.se" it is required that the customer is at least 18 years old. To be able to make the payment of the fee, a bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or (BankId and Swish) is required.
It is not allowed to use the parking space with a caravan or tent.
The price includes rental of space, booking fee and connection (incl. Consumption) of electricity (10 amps).
All spots are booked from 14:00 to 14:00.
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, it must be checked, so that all information is correct. It is the guest/customer's responsibility to ensure that the information on the booking confirmation is correct. Booking confirmation is sent via e-mail and as a text message (SMS). In case of error, Westerqwarn must be contacted within 7 days of receipt of the confirmation, but no later than 24 hours before arrival.
Payment is made immediately, even when booking.
Cancellation can only be made online via betala.westerqwarn.se. The reservation fee is not refundable upon cancellation. Cancellation less then 48h before booking starts will not be refunded.
Westerqwarn Pub & Restaurang AB is not responsible for forgotten items.
Westerqwarn is not liable for damage caused by third parties.
Other obligations and rules of procedure
The customer/guests must take good care of the parking space and the facility well and follow the rules, instructions and regulations that apply.
The customer/guests must between 22:00 and 08:00 observe the utmost consideration and silence towards other guests.
Grills that may be used only. Think about the risk of fire, review your firefighting equipment.
Each electrical outlet is 10 amperes, which in principle only means power for charging. Overdrafts risk knocking out all or parts of our electricity network. In the event of obvious misuse, we reserve the right to invoice the repair costs. One outlet per motorhome.
Pets must be kept on a leash.
Environmental waste must be placed in an environmental station. Garbage must be placed in designated rubbish bins. Other waste must not be flushed or disposed of in the area.
Payment of the fee is made online or at Westerqwarn during its opening hours.
The drinking water must not be used for washing vehicles.
We are not responsible for damages or losses caused by outsiders.

This is an agreement established between the customer (the customer) and Westerqwarn Pub & Restaurang AB. The agreement expires with immediate effect if:
If a breach of contract occurs, the customer/guests in the party must move out of the area immediately. In the event of destruction or disruptive behavior, damages may be claimed by the customer.
In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics and other events that are to be regarded as force majeure, Westerqwarn may terminate the agreement, whereby the customer and guests shall be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, Westerqwarn is obliged to repay the amount paid, with the exception of the benefit deducted from the site.
